I had a problem with my (ducted) air conditioner, and while the unit itself is old and on its way out, Luke was able to come out at short notice and perform an absolutely amazing fix. He went above and beyond to repair the current issue perfectly, giving me extra time with my unit when I thought I would need a costly replacement immediately. Luke and his team at Control Air stand out for their genuine ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty. Instead of pushing for a new unit (which he easily could have done), he focused on the repair, explaining everything clearly and making sure the existing problem was resolved flawlessly and for it to be able to give me the extra time. Before even coming out to quote, Luke took the initiative to check around and actually found the part we needed in stock at another wholesaler. Instead of replacing the entire system, all we needed was a fan. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely problem-solves and looks out for their customers, even without being asked.
