Needed a split system installed into my partners beauty room at home. Portable aircon wasn’t cutting it anymore and too noisy. Luke got back to me within an hour of reaching out with 2 quotes at a very reasonable price. He then installed it 2 days later and did an awesome job, great workmanship and very professional. We were referred to Luke after being told by another company that our air conditioning system was obsolete and needed replacing. Before even coming out to quote, Luke took the initiative to check around and actually found the part we needed in stock at another wholesaler. Instead of replacing the entire system, all we needed was a fan. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely problem-solves and looks out for their customers, even without being asked. Since then, we’ve had Luke back to help with work during our renovation. We needed all our air conditioning units removed and reinstalled, and he handled the whole process at short notice. He turned up on time every single visit, kept us updated, and was incredibly easy to deal with. Luke and his team were friendly, organised, and respectful in our home.
